I am a disabled mother with five children. I cannot get any help in NY all the programs are closed. We were homeless after the divorced and to major spinal fusion's. We had to sleep in the van until my brother found out. But because I cannot climb the many steps they have in their apartment I had to leave. We are now in a two bedroom roach and mice infected apartment that I cant afford. if my Mom lived with us we could make it but there is no room for her here. My son had OCD and I cant pick up more than ten pounds. Somehow I managed to keep excellent credit. we found a home that will fit us all even my disabled mother can fit in and help pay the mortgage. The house is $227,000 we have no money to put down. It would solve all of our problems if someone could help us. I have a granddaughter with special needs also that will be living with me. My daughter received a scholarship for Geology school in NC or SC she wants to quit to help me pay for a house. But the scholarship will pay her rent. Please I want her to stay in school. I have asked the Oprah show, DR. Phil and many more. I've been to Social Services, long island help for the disabled they say I make to much. How can that be I had to by a van for my back and all the children? I cannot take public transportation cant stand for more than ten minutes before I have to lay or recline. The house is in Fort Mill SC Baden village builder PC Morgan. we are driving down the first week of April to look for a house. I do not have a down payment.
